Uposatha: Moon Days Practice (online)

It is said that the benefits multifold when we dedicate time to practice on auspicious moon days. Join me, and countless practitioners around the world, for an hour of practice during Uposatha days. There will be optional chanting of the refuges and the five householder precepts, and time for reflections.

Practice days for the second half of 2023 are below. Times are at 9pm MT (8pm PT and 11pm ET).
